Expired Machine-Readable Afghan Passports

• Complete the application form in CAPITAL letters in English and Dari/Pashto.
• Send your original passport.
• Provide a copy of your Canadian Residence Permit or U.S. Green Card.
• Pay the required fee in USD through the Consulate’s official TD Bank account or by Money Order.
• Include the original bank receipt with your application.
• Cash and personal cheques are not accepted.
• Once your complete package is received, your passport may be extended the same day, depending on the circumstances.
• Do not make travel plans until your passport has been returned.

• Include a Money Order addressed to the Consulate General of Afghanistan in Toronto.
